Hi. I'm new.
What is there to do?
Is there something I should read?
Someone to talk to?

Hi! i'm new too! not really sure what to do now, but this seemed like a cool place to join and it is mentioned in "the salmon of doubt" (i've suddenly discovered i can't underline...), which is a good book. i wanna write an entry, but there are so many i'm having trouble thinking of a topic that hasn't already been taken...

It is a cool place, though I don't think this is the guide Adams was talking about.
I'm sure you can think of something to write an entry on, just pick something you're interested in and do a search on it (top of each page there's a searchbox)--you'll find something left out.

i like challenge h2g2! thanx. there was a link in one of the conversations (ice cream) to an article about mike the headless chicken...o_____o
searching is also good. i like searches. ^__^ only problem is that they can take up a lot time since i am easily distracted. oh well.

This is the site that DNA founded, if that's what you mean (have a look at U42)
If you want to read an article without all the searching, just use this link <./>randomeditedentry</.>

This is only the Earth Edition--the books spoke of what I assume was the general Galactic Edition.

Laura Posted Aug 7, 2004
Yes, this is the Earth Edition, though if it was the galactic one I guess we would be somewhat vapourised

Hello I am really new at this but I was just wondering whether you know a web site which has the antiques price list of Wade Whimsie animals from 1956-1971?
