As a female inhabitant of Suffolk, I would like to point out that my parents have a rainfall statistic equivalent to some place in Algeria.
It NEVER rains in Dullingham. They despair for their garden.

Yes, I think a lot of Canada gets a lot warmer than most of the UK in the summer
