Gnomon - time to move on

A good entry.

There are a few mis-spellings: It should be Spartacus, symbiont and sentinel.

It is tiresome to use Arthur C Clarke's full name almost every time you refer to hime. He can be called Clarke and Kubrick can be called Kubrick throughout most of the entry.

Nice one!

In the US, the re-release of the hardbound book cost $20.01.

This caused a bit of confusion at the checkout queue. smiley - winkeye

Good stuff. On realism, could talk a bit about the shape of the space craft (e.g. no Buck Rogers style wings), the stunning scenes in the rotating parts of the ship(s) (for simulated gravity), and (afaik) the only realistic depiction of the effects of hard vacuum on a non-spacesuited human on film.

Oh, and I heard there were guides out at the time for when to pop your LSD in order to have it kick in at the start of the Beyond the Infinite section...smiley - erm
