Anyone under 5'2" tall and using an umbrella should be go in...
I'm fed up of getting poked in the eye by their umbrellas as I'm walking down the street...
The worst moment is walking out of a crowded shop, directly behind a group of people, all of whom are shorter than you, and all of whom decide to open their umbrellas in the shop doorway.... multiple lacerations to the face are often the result
