You want mustard on that quibble, Ekki?
I don't make fruit smoothies, Shorty. How about a fruit roughy?

Happy belated birthday, Shorty!
I had computer trouble.
It's generally called Irish, though in Irish it's called Gaelige. Scots Gaelic is a close relative.
I agree with you about languages - I'm learning Spanish and Russian, and would love to learn more - but I don't think Irish need be at the top of your list. *Everyone* here speaks English, though status is conferred on Irish-speakers. The Irish language channel even has subtitles. I'm planning to learn some, but... I live here.
Yeah, Shea, I would love cream cheese on my bialey!

Shoot, hit post before I was done...
I'm not the best at learning languages, but I figure if I can at least learn basics and some varieties of vocab, I'll probably be able to understand someone. Almost 3 years of French, and I certainly don't know a lot of it, but I can understand someone if they talk relatively slowly...

I'm far from fluent in either of mine. Russian grammar is *not* fun. It's fun to have bits and pieces of several, though - then you can at least tell which someone is speaking!
