It's the link to the kibbutz volunteer office described in the entry. It has lots of information on kibbutz volunteering, and some of it contradicts the information in this entry (most notably the part about work hours, etc.).

Mikey, I am a Kibbutznik and he's damn right about the working hours. The girls usually work even less...
If the kibbutz site is saying differently, maybe they're just tryin' to give the tough impression, as they usually do in many different situations.

Hi mikey!
I'm Elly, and I live in a Kibbutz.
I can tell you, from my own experience, that he's got the workin' hours quite right, and sometimes volunteers actually work LESS than 6 hours.
On the other hand, as it's usually done in the Kibbutz Movement, they probably want to get the "hard to get" impression, so they won't end up with Klumniks (nothing of a person).
