Have a look at Writing-FleaMarket Hopefully, what'll happen is that someone finds it there, and decides to continue writing it.
In that case, they'll leave a message on the thread in FM, then use your entry for the basis of a new one - on which they'll put your name as co-author, because you did the initial work. The new entry then goes through PR the normal way, with a link back to the old PR thread and the old entry. (This one.) 
It's more likely that you'll find someone to continue it there than that someone from this thread will want to pick it up right away.
