Sharp's brother who did not receive formal wizard training. He is called on to substitute in for Sharp well he is being held more or less against his will at a foreign court. Not quite as good an engineer as his brother but for what it's worth, he does try to make up for what he might not know in technique with effort. Not quite as good an explosives maker either, but in lieu of Sharp, he might do.
Ion has scraggly long hair like his brother and wears a vest made of some scale-like material. Also has trousers made of some rough kind of material.
He launches bolts from his fingers and can create an "electricity-blade" in his hand(s).

well we're gonna have to come up with a somewhat different model from before. it'll have to be able to run completely on it's own without any kind of actual decision making being nessicary, since some people are apparently way too stupid to figure out if they want to go north, south, east or west
