You betcha! Chocolate milk and cheesecake are fine with me, and 'Clio's' looks like a place I'll spend a lot of time.
And, yes, that *is* the coolest thing in the world. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[It was excruciating to not ask for the 'Muse of Beatle Fans' position, and I know I will hate myself in the mornings to come. But I figured Theatre Freakz could use me more... ]
Please let me know what's next when you can. Thanks.

I appreciate that you don't spell theatre in the American way... I might be American, but I haven't been able to spell theatre the OTHER way since I was probably nine or ten!??
ANYWAY!!! ::sigh::
BEATLE FANS, yes!?? OOOO BABY!!!! Englander, a fellow muse, has a CHURCH OF THE BEATLES, if you would like to go there!!!!
And you would love to spend time at Clio's.... have you been there yet!?? Go ahead and visit... they are having alcohol in the cactus study garden :;sigh::, and there is a Hall of Bathroom History that I am sure will fascinate you....
Wow... a combination of the BEATLES and the Library of History(and having recently read "High Fidelity" have me thinking that one of the musical venues of the Musehome should have a complete collection of old LP's and records and... WOW!!! That would be cool.... and I know that Ottox, the Muse of Listening to Old LPs, would be QUITE PLEASED!!!! YAY!!!
WOW!!!! 7Rob7!!! You are inspiring me already!!! YAY!!! Would you like to help me with this new endeavor!?? Where should this library go!?? Uterpe Concert Hall for Woodwinds!?? Calliope Stage(narrr....)!?? Or the not-yet finished and not-soon-to-be-opened Melpomene Theatre!?? I think Uterpe's would be the best... that's more of a place for practicing and studying music-- a smaller venue for recitals... a library of music underneath it would be cool... yeah...
Ok. I think I should get on with my RL just now...
But first!!! Elly
And 7Rob7, consider yourself a muse for now. I just need to put you and others on the roster as soon as I have time-- probably in 24 hours...

Elly -
Cool beans! [What the heck does that mean anyway?]
A "Library of Cool and Not To Be Forgot LPs" would be an excellent thing. I have opinions, oh, yes: I have opinions. Also a bunch of "The Rolling Stone History of Rock and Roll" type books and magazines. And the 9-CD set of "The Complete 'Stax' Singles". What else would you expect from the only hippie bassoonist in Mississippi in the late 60's? Will need to check all the Muse venues more thoroughly before making any intelligent suggestions, though.
"Theatre" is the art; "Theater" is the multiplex.
I've thought of the idea of posting a list of Beatles links on my 'home page' - is this as redundant as it ought to be?
Thanks.

Well, I managed to mangle my last transmission pretty good there. It was to be to Elly and Dragonfly both; but I started one, slid off into another without watching where I was going, then clicked 'Post' instead of 'Preview'. Ooops. I find if I post too soon after sneaking out of bed in the morning to use the computer before my wife gets up, I have a bad case of the... wait for it... Post Toasties. [ka-ching!]
Elly's missing bit [!] was: "What would you like me to do with... you?" - a stunner of a reply to Post #1082 if I do say so myself.
Sorry to appear more confused than normal. For now.
Gonna go see if I have any actual LPs left...

YAY!!! Yes... this new project deserves some good old-fashioned Brain-Storming.... Maybe part of Clio's can lead to Uterpe's... via the Muse Music Library...!??

... I'm so confused now...
7rob7- YOU are the Muse- you should answer that. Like - I'm the Muse of Care, so I care for people, and help them with whatever, and since I'm also Muse of Untidyness, I mess up.
If you're Muse of Theatre Freakz, you should do something with your target audience, like, I don't know- take'm to the theatre, or make up a support group for'em, or a Club for intelligent theatre Reviews... It's your call, really...
And D- I love brainstorming, just tell me when and where- and I'll be there!

The Classical Muse Music Library, of course... and that's a working title, that isn't really working....

Yael Smith Posted Jun 26, 2001
And where should it be built/ take place?
I see...
Well, why won't we build one, instead of putting it in places? I like new places...
And we can call it The Hall of Classic Music, instead of Classic Music at this place or another.
If you want- I can build it!

Hi
[I only have five minutes so I'll just barge right in here. Pardon me, pardon me. Ooof. Sorry. Beg pardon...]
I can make things for Theatre Freakz? Wow - my mind is boggled. I've made a list of ideas, but I think I oughta poke around the community a while longer so I can get a sense of the best way to make 'em available. I like the tour[s] and reviews parts a lot; you can count on those.
And I'd like to help with the music library, but I have to ask you to be very specific in telling me what to do. In h2g2 years, I'm only 12 days old.
Sorry for the interuption. You may now resume your normal broadcast. I'll check back in for instructions tomorrow. Hmmmm...terms like "today", "tommorow", etc. don't really work here, do they? I'll check back sometime [somewhere] Tuesday. Thanks.

Hey, Rob- can I call you Rob? - check out my page- I've built up 3 or 4 Clubs, can't remember... And I never read any guidebooks, just followed my heart.
And you're not INTERRUPTING, this is your thread, too! The great thing about this place, in my opinion, is that you can't keep secrets here. Everybody can read and comment on everything- and that's
, anyone?

YUm yum yum yum yum!!! YES PLEASE!!! THANK YOU!!!
::muches strawberries::
I still think you are wise to want to see what's about the community before you start your own organization, Rob... can I call you Rob!??
You'll get an impression of what exists, and what is needed, and you'll see a bit of how your organization can be different from all the rest!!! YAY!!!

7rob7: Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth) Posted Jun 26, 2001
But if you call me Rob, everyone will know who I am! Whatever happened to internet anonymity? Oh well, sometimes I, too, get tired of typing the 7's... Go ahead, just let it get out that you know my secret name...
Thanks for the enthusiastic welcome. As I said, I do have an idea for a space to gather and swap theatre stories - horror and otherwise - but give me a bit to think about the form it takes. Not only is the h2g2 galaxy new to me, I only just starting working in code. I'll get the hang of soon, I think.
[I'll get the link up on my 'space' asap.]
Gotta run. Back later.
