When I was abroad last year we played a game simular but it involved jugs of Sangrea and drinking upside down (bent over and drinking from the opposite side of the jug). We were in teams of 5 and had to stand in a row and drink as much as we could when a word in a song was said and then pass it on 
problem was the jugs also had fruit in and most of us ended up with it all over our clothes! Our team fortunatly won and had to push the opposite team in the pool 
I know of another game but I dont think anyone would lets say 'have the balls' to play it
