1. Make sure the subject contains the entry number.
5. Make sure the body gives a short synopsis of what the entry is about.

On the entry itself - it's ok, as far as it goes, but I think it's a little short on detail. Perhaps you could expand on what you've written... What is it likely to be used for? What speed of access is there? etc.
I think you should have Flourescent Multilayed Disk (or whatever) as the title: more descriptive - more people likely to read it.
Quite a nice little entry. Well done.
