I do believe it's:

That's true. It's called black lung. And it's a lot easier to pronounce that way.

Erm......not actually an abbreviation. Proper medical term for the disease. But your average pit crew couldn't spell it (let alone slip, "Oh and poor old Fred's gone by way of new..punyoo..erm...nyoom.." into the conversation) so they called it Black Lung instead.
