Thats actually what I did when things got very confusing but Vegiman and the Towers are against it. Somewhere there should be a permanent new users page anyway unless its been scrapped from the upgrade - I'll have to ask about this or see if I can find it. If that is in place then this page will become redundant. As to the race - it's never been more than an aside to me. Greeting new users is the issue preferably within the first week of their page being activated.
