Sea, I believe your complex would fit in quite nicely on Planet X. It would add some depth to this city, in particular. We could say it was located on the north side of town.

[sea] erm, things have been fairly quiet on the home front. recently, evillene married this guy hades and they were going to hold the universe hostage with a supernova bomb, but he has kind of disappeared at the moment.
