Moreton Bay Bugs

Moreton Bay Bugs are found, surprise, surprise, in Moreton Bay, Queensland, Australia.
They are about 12 cms long and 6cms wide and consist basically of a large edible tail
tasting like a cross between prawns and crayfish - yummy.
6 bugs and 6 cans of cold lager - gourmet food of the gods

YUMMY!!! I haven't had any of them for about 5 months now.
Like all shellfish, they are really nice if they are fresh, and not forzen, and then cooked.
Damn me for reading this 1hr and a half before lunch... Ah well I will have to wait until I go back to Queensland to get some really nice Moreton Bay Bugs.
