Why does Neil Armstrong seem dead against future space missions going to the moon ? Is he afraid that the Apollo mission(s) were faked ?

Seem's strange not to advocate further exploration but only Neil Armstrong know's for sure why he feels that way. The conspiracy theory did cross my mind but that does not stand up to critical thinking/argument mapping.
We got tin foil out of the space race,so im happy for the Christams turkey lol.
I guess you could say, does it really matter.
Imagination shows us the future but not in a precise mapped out way.
