h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Myself i am single and have been for afew years now * shoulders slump head lols forward lets out a big sigh * and yes i to feel lonely too some times but find that if i take the time to think of all the GOOD things i can do by myself it helps me feel a little better, if that fails i try and think of something new to do with friends, family and loved ones for when we next meet.

Love and loneliness are these a state of the mind or heart?
Are you ever truly alone?

I know it's all fun and games until someone gets hurt, then it's bloody hilarious.

In this world it is good some times to be single and lonely so that you can think and plan ahead of life properly on the other hand it is not good to be single all the time because it makes you feel like no body like you in this world but when you came in contacted with a love one you will realise that it is not good to be single all the time.

Just seems funny the way it seems as though the rest of the world kinda rubs it in your face on those kind of holidays. Esp. during the high-school years. Question: Was rampant public displays of affection and massive necking say, at co-ed high schools, as much of a problem before or is it just more obvious now with other teens in my generation?

Meant to say newer generations. it's pretty scary. I help a Jr. high school teacher sometimes as a volunteer aide and some of the the middle-schoolers are all " my boyfriend that..." and "my girlfriend this..." Sheesh. People should still enjoy being a kid while they still have their childhood. Now to misquote Hamlet: Something has run foul in the state of tweenmark(et)...
