The Hootoo region of the web site www.nationstates.net is lacking in countries and need more to continue being. Please come, join, and run your own nation.

Alternatively, come and join the Hootooers Harbor region -- clearly, where are all the cool hootooers hang out.

Note to b9nr515 -- I don't know that many people will see this message -- this isn't a page that usually has huge numbers of people subscribed to it, other than us volunteers.....

How many differen't Hootoo regions are there? Most of the nations that were previously in the region dissapeared due to inactivity or moved to the region of Ansalon. Any way, I just posted this in the ask H2G2 section at F19585?thread=345543. At least somebody read it here.

I believe I've seen at least 4 regions that have a decent concentration of hootooers.

I'll stop by the ask thread and say "hi".

Gee, thanks, though I wouldn't say we have a decent concetration, the region only has three countries; and one hasen't log in in over a month.

You might want to mention in your Ask thread that people have to search for your region as "hootoo", and not "Hootoo" in order to find it. Or just give them the link: http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=display_region/region=hootoo

Are you the Commonwealth of Everyotherthing or the Federation of Unison?

I just ran a regional search for Hootoo and it came up with the right region. Why would capitalizing the first letter change the search? Anyway, I'm the Commonwealth of Everyotherthing.

the NationStates search engine is incredibly unstable -- I have yet to figure out why, but I don't get consistent results from my search strings.

However, I've always been able to get to y'alls region using "hootoo" as the search string, at yet only once by using the capitalized "Hootoo". Have absolutely no idea why this would be. I've had the same problem when searching for my region. Searching with the term "harbor" almost never brings up my region, searching "hootooers" only sometimes does, and even "hootooers harbor" is only moderately more consistent.
