Thank you Faraway Lady for sharing such a deeply personal experience in such a beautiful way. I lost my own husband in 2003 which was a devastating experience after 43 years of marriage so your story affected me very much and although I shed tears for you and myself. I also felt that reading of your own sorrow somehow gave me some healing of my own. I'm glad your children have grown up well and happily and wish you yourself all peace and happiness for the future.

Hi korculablue, I do not remember if I replied to your mail. Your name sounds new to me. I just want to say I am grateful for your words and wishes and I am very glad if my words, that poured out of me just within two days, have helped you heal. I guess we never heal, it is just like a bandaid over a wound that never heals. The other day I read these words and found them to be true: Absence: lack that is present. But I do get some miracles thrown in. Read what I wrote under: A red, red rose. Something even I can still hardly believe! I wish you happiness! Love, F
