*looks confused..... then decides that asking what's going on is a really stupid thing to do as it'd look as if he's a little thick... .... ........ decides to stop thinking.........*
Yes, I can weld.. it's great fun! Either arc or gas... both are equally fun, but in differant ways And ummm..... usually metal
Sorry... ummm anything really... I've helped to fix my sisters motorbike with some joint welds....
I'm also an adept at soldering. Or rather... I make soldering look like an Art form
*decides to stop boasting........*

Free Jelly? Well, this is where we try to liberate jelly from Tinkerbell, but I'm sure she'll give you some if you ask nicely!

* huffs and puffs as the penguins try vainly to take off and chase Tinkerbell *
I should stop dealing with fairies. It's more trouble than it's worth.

Might be. Certainly she's being evil to my penguins. They're only trying to follow their orders, poor things.
Penguins! Halt! Stand in a line!

*flutters around giggling happily being careful not to annoy Peregrin whilst laughing at the penguins*

Oh, come now!!! Tinkerbell's not an evil fairy godmother by any means!!!
I have the inspection papers right here!!! She has been treating Jelly justly, and fairly... and the Ministry is kept up to regulation!!!
Nice penguins, MaW... I bet Fish here could weld a really nice home for them, if they don't all ready have an igloo... Maybe Fish can... do something about their funny-looking feet...
:;laughs::

They already all have igloos in the grounds of the Ministry. We enclosed an area with a climate-control field and cooled it down to antarctic conditions, which they seem to like quite a lot.
Free Jelly...
Peregrin Posted Nov 6, 2000
That's considerate of you, seeing as igloos come from the Arctic
Can I go camping there? I like cold snowy places.

How could you tolerate a cold and snowy campground, even if you did have the penguins for company!??
Free Jelly...
MaW Posted Nov 6, 2000
I don't live there - I live in the Ministry itself, where it's snug and warm and I an watch the penguins from my window.

That sounds ideal...
But Mr. President mentioned he would like to camp in the cold...
And, I do remember Vice-President Bluebottle getting involved in a campaign to turn the h2g2 Towers into giant fishtanks!!!
But enough mudslinging(I voted Celery)!!!

Well camping's fun and snows fun so camping in the snow must be double fun which is better than single fun unlike Tiggers who are treble fun because it says so in the song which is one of the many reasons why they're wonderful...
*goes off rambling to herself to see if sleep will make he seem less confusing*

If you want to come and camp among the Ministry's army of penguins feel free, but don't complain if you wake up covered in droppings or feeling rather flat from penguin feet tramping over you all night.

Tinkerbell *tumbleweed* Posted Nov 7, 2000
They can't trample on me if I'm in a tent...although this theory has previously failed with hedgehogs and they're smaller than penguins...

The Fish Posted Nov 7, 2000
Couldn't you dig an ice hole, and sleep in that...??? Much warmer than a tent!
*Launches balloon over the penguins, that drifts so slowly that they don't notice it's movement whilst following it...... and fall flat on their backs*
