Hmm...very difficult. I'm torn between the oddly disparate topics of making one's own cloak and lives of stars.
After some deliberation, Making Your Own Cloak just takes it for me.

I also think this has been a tough decision and I had a few on my list as a favourite. 
However I choose Queen's Speech Bingo A43600330 because I found it very readable and I thought it is a perfect idea.

It is Queen's Speech Bingo (A436003300) for me - I laughed out loud.
As a near Brummie though, the HP story brought a nostalgic tear to my eye - just as the fumes sometimes did when I drove past the factory!

Yup, a good bunch this month, but I'm voting for How to Guide a Blind Person. Great stuff from a first time author, and very practical advice, given in an easy to read format.
