You all seem to be underestimating what a boring team of hard-to-beat grinders and draw-specialists Argyle have become under Tony Pulis...
Our record since he took over reads P10 W2 D6 L2
It's unlikely we'll beat Reading, but the draw is a very distinct possibility. Although we did win there on the first day of the season, albeit with a flukey last-minute goal.

No I'm not taking the piss, nor being lazy in going for this number of nil-nils. I genuinely believe that this is what is going to happen this weekend. Honest.

Good grief am I the only one old enough to have seen George Best play ? I saw him score a wonder goal for Man Utd at Highfield Road - but we won 2 -1 and Ernie Machin got the winner .
They had a minutes applause at the Coventry game - which I thought was a good idea - much better than a minutes silence - I was on the local radio asking why - did they do one for Bobby Moore or Billy Wright ? No. Would they do one for Bobby Charlton ? No. Why not - he didn't sleep with Miss World.

The story of this week is the total dearth of scorer points awarded. In total there were only 3 given out against weekly average of more like 16! Also everyone seems to overplayed the power of the Premiership new boys, Wigan. With not a single point being won on the game.
That said, there were a few pretty useful plays this week. Summerbayexile, out one time league leader seems to be mounting a late season charge, and has won this week with ten points
Ormondroyd is also moving up on the outside with eight points and has closed right down on Orcus. Riotact is still hanging on and has pulled out one more point over Orcus to open up a seven point gap with just two weeks left to play.
Finally, well done Creachy: you've landed eight points this week, and overtaken our part-time player, Number Six

The Results:

Wigan 1-2 Tottenham (KEANE, Davids, McCulloch)

Mackay I saw him play on TV a number of times both for Northern Ireland and other teams. Don't forget the 1970's weren't the ideal time to take your young son to a football game on the other side of Belfast.

True - I went with a friend in 1975 or 6 It was really strange driving round a block of concrete and seeing a rifle barrel centred on your head and following you as you drove up to the barrier.
Key: Complain about this post
