I was told to post here.
I live in Kentish Town, I'm okay and safe. Was asleep when it all started, what a way to be woken up...

I'm not really here Posted Jul 7, 2005
I'm not London based, but I do work there and go in via Liverpool Street, and travel on a tube line that would have taken me past nearly all the blasts... Luckily I wasn't working today, although I think I would have been behind the bombs anyway.

Russell Square is hideously near UCL and other University buildings. It's been awful seeing photos of there and places near there where I regularly hang out. It's lucky that it's outside of university term, there would have been a lot more people around there otherwise.

Glad to know you're all ok, I got an email from a German ex boyfriend offering his condolences to us in Britian which made me well up a little as I haven't heard from him for about a year

Just got home from work - school is closed tomorrow 'cause too many teachers cannot get in
It just seems SO strange to see hundreds of people walking about insted of waiting for busses!

All's well here in Brentford, although more Police cars dashing around than usual here in Brentford. Don't envy those guys.
All you working in town, hope you get home ok. For once I managed to get a lift. 30 minutes instead of four hours. Stay safe and keep those peeled.
It's not over till it's over...
