I'm losing interest pretty quickly myself, so I think it would be nice to get going. Arrange band times, rehearse...
You know the lovely stuff that bands do instead of just sitting around talking about other things...

Well i'm availiable for band practice twice week. i'v just got a new bass so i'm trying to gel with it 
it sounds so nice

I'm in a boringly earthbound mood (as in hidebound, not as in heading for home), so visualising a space of my own in the H2G2 universe wasn't easy. Until I thought about the bleak space where I practiced in the 1980s - dark in summer, flooded in winter, sited next door to a nuclear weapons plant...
If I tidy it up a bit, would it do as a very cheap rehearsal room? You could get about thirty people in to watch, if you really wanted, and a few bottles of the Old Improbable would enable us to float it into the vicinity of any performance space we might be invited to (or not - we could play anyway).
Shall I buy a big can of paint and get ready to open the space?

I'll keep my eyes closed and hum. I'll tap my hand against the change in my pocket. I'm close enough to perfect pitch to remember how to start a jam in E minor.
Nod your head to the rhythm. Play tunes to harmonise with the tune the original song dictated. And swing those hips...
