Just for future reference: If we relocated to Hamburg, could you make it then Hati? I'd like to see you again.

Hamburg is better but I'm afraid September isn't much.
Though - my plans included taking my daughter to Berlin Zoo in October. Could we possibly build something on that? I'd extremely like to see you again, too. And all the rest of German researchers, of course.

October in Hamburg - you must be kidding
Hamburg would be ok with me, I know where I could spend the night then.

The weather Although it's more or less unimportant, as it's nasty weather in hamburg most of the year anyway

Right now we have quite a lot of them. The tourist season is short here. And Estonia is still a relatively cheap destination.

Where do most of the tourists come from ?

denmark in august isn't *always* that bad, you know. we actually experience some of our best summer weather in august - after the kids have started school again
there are places that a way worth weather wise
like the faeroe islands for example
their weather is just like germany in april - only it's that way every day of the year - and usually much much colder!
seriously though, hamburg in september *might* be possible. at this stage you can only count me in as a "definite maybe" though

I wasn't talking about the whole of Denmark - just the western coast. Every holiday we spent there in August was drowned in rains and storms, but July was ok. Never made it farther north than Graerup, though

I wish I know my timetable for September. I have 3 trips scheduled already, all w*rkwise. And it actually doesn't happen too often, that I can travel by w*rk at all.
