Wow, Gosho. I'm glad you didn't have to live through the Wizard of Oz tornado sequence in RL! I still need to fix my roof from the near-miss hurricane but the weather's been dry and I've enjoyed procrastinating the chore.

If I were you ox, I'd procrastinate the chore all the way to the end of the hurricane season (and then a few more months for good measure) just in case another one comes by. Hell, why not just put it off for good - after all, there's bound to be another hurricane next year!
