Hi, I'm submitting my Tourist Guide to Lake Powell for peer review...

I wrote it in a semi-narrative, describing the typical vacation to the lake, partially to encourage/discourage visitors, and partially to poke fun at the tourists... depending on from what perspective you read it.

I haven't found anything on Lake Powell in the guide, and think it would be a valuable addition.

I liked this one Though it is a bit much, all in one sitting. Maybe split it up into a couple of sections, or maybe not, t'is up to you I would like to know how long the typical rental period is (I do not think you mentioned it, but it is quite possible I missed it and the typical spec of a houseboat, maybe even how you would go about trying to hire one. However, as I said, I liked this one I do not think it should have any problems getting into the Edited Guide, maybe someone will disagree, but that is my opinion Until later...

The Eds tend to frown on pieces written as a narrative, as they tend to become fictionalised and contain opinions. Not that there's anything necessarily _wrong_ with fiction or opinions, it's just that the Guide would like to be more an 'informative' guide than a funny book. Although I think that some articles that get in lack a bit of humour.

Try writing it in a descriptive style.
