Why thank you Mari-rae! How thoughtful! Can hardly wait to shop for useless pretties from the various shops! I do hope somebody has a wine shop!!! My friend Shirps is thinking along those lines! 
Remember...you're first in line to use the hot tub at my cottage!
Oppps! I spilled the beans 
yes the attached gazebo does house a lovely six person hot tub! *starts digging through the welcome basket for choccy* Er, pardon...this is too tempting

"Hello Kasia! Always nice to meet a new friend! And since you own a pub, you'll be seeing alot of me! And you're welcome to come over & use my hot tub! I just stocked up on a huge variety of bath sheets! I have a pool inside the back of my cottage too, if you'd rather swim. And bring along anyone-anytime. The door is NEVER locked! The door to the pool has a carving of a waterfall,
the door to the hot tub has a palm tree carved on it & the guest bath has a fellow in a sombraro resting against a cactus...get it?
It's the RESTroom! I'm off to the Pub!"

"Well, Doc, come on over the water's always warm! (there are buttons along the back, by the heater. You can have the water sented Peach, Lemon, etc...there's a list there & the buttons are color matched to their respective scents! ) I feel compelled to let you know that your office girl has started some gossip about us!
