Episode 407, 'Cherokee Hair Tampons'. Mr Garisson was fired for alleged abuse at the start of the episode and so decided to write the novel because he had some free time. At the end his book was such a success that he didn't care about his job any more.

The section on Mr Garrison was long enough as it was.
