THE EXHIBITS
Andara Bledin {Keeper; Patron Saint; Muse} Posted Jan 7, 2001
[wanders in and looks around]
Oooh... I think I'll like visiting here.
Um.... [sticks head under water] I wonder how much of Tentacle goes below the surface?

THE EXHIBITS
Tentacle Posted Jan 7, 2001
*Tentacles fly out of the water, soaking anyone who may be near by, and wrap round Andara*
SQUEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLCH
*And so begins a long and slimey hug*
THE EXHIBITS
Titania (gone for lunch) Posted Jan 7, 2001
Andara, are you alright? Let me know if you need help...
THE EXHIBITS
Amy the Ant - High Manzanilla of the Church of the Stuffed Olive Posted Jan 8, 2001
Unwraps Andara from Tentacle's grasp.
*strokes tentacle in a soothing manner*
Sorry, everyone. Busy yet again. If this goes on I will have to apply for a transfer to the bees.
Back at the weekend.
Amy the (frantically busy) Ant
THE EXHIBITS
Titania (gone for lunch) Posted Jan 8, 2001
*having watched Amy, decides to make an attempt herself*
*carefully approaches*
*tries gently stroking tentacle*

Andara Bledin {Keeper; Patron Saint; Muse} Posted Jan 8, 2001
Oh, hey, I'm fine. I can breathe underwater, see? [lifting hair to show gills]
That has got to be the most enthusiastic hug I've had in ages!
[grin]
I like it here.

Oh yeah!
They go with the webbed fingers, see?
[holding up hands to show webbing between the fingers]

Andara Bledin {Keeper; Patron Saint; Muse} Posted Jan 11, 2001
Well. I'm something of a shape-shifter, only I can't control what shape I am.
Sometimes I have wings, feathered or leathern, sometimes a horn, sometimes a tail, sometimes hooves, sometimes pointy ears.
But for now I have my gills and webbing. Wish I could have all ten fingers, though. Hard to play flute with only the eight.

Titania (gone for lunch) Posted Jan 11, 2001
The flute? I play the flute too, but with 10 fingers... must be difficult for you...
THE EXHIBITS
Andara Bledin {Keeper; Patron Saint; Muse} Posted Jan 11, 2001
Yeah. The webbing doesn't help with the playing, but I can't play my standard flute without the last two fingers. *sigh*
But I do have a few pipes that don't require more than eight, so I play those when eight is all I have.

THE EXHIBITS
Tentacle Posted Jan 14, 2001
*holds up 23 tentacles and starts waving them round in the air*
Squilch.

Oh! Would you like another hug?
[hugging a nearby tentacle]
I'm sorry, I didn't catch what you said as I was in the middle of a conversation. Would you mind repeating that?
[to Titania] I have this fun ability to understand and converse in all spoken and signed forms of communication. I've been told it's some sort of telepathy or something, but it doesn't matter. I just like being able to talk to everyone!
