A clue-giving paragraph of a well known book has been encrypted below. Each letter of the alphabet has been replaced by another using a simple substitution technique. For example, A may always be represented by G, etc. Can you name the book?

I was not able to light on any map or work giving the exact location of the Castle Dracula, or there are no maps of this country as yet to compare with our own Ordance (watch the spelling, Greebo) Survey Maps; but I found that Bistritz, the post town named by Count Dracula, is a fairly well-known place. I shall enter here some of my notes, as they may refresh my memory when I talk over my travels with Mina.

Whoops, didn't realise I'd left the first line in.
I guessed it when I had the "i"s, "a"s and "n"s in (as well as having put "d"s where the "y"s are meant to be); the last word looked like it could be "Mina" and then "Count Dracula" fitted on the second line. The capitals were a great help.
