Do you know anything as to why this was so?
Might be a good one to add, because although Chad is mentioned once, the rest of the artickle is all about kilroy.

Actually from my research I've found Chad would say, "Wot no..." with the ... refering to whatever item was being rationed when the person drew it. The reason there isn't overly much info about Chad is because this is an article about Kilroy, hence the title "Kilroy was Here."

True, however, there is one minor problem. The information that is available on Chad is nil. The only reason I know about him, is because he is mentioned as a side note in one or two areas in the places I found on Kilroy. On his own, there is no information about Chad that I was able to locate.

In Australia, the little Kilroy sketch is accompanied by "Foo was here". I have never been able to establish why Foo.
