A Conversation for Smudger Snippets
Hi.
Tonsil Revenge (PG) Started conversation Oct 4, 2008
I told the children at the post a couple months ago that I would be writing my last episode of EPd and then slinking off into the ether.
I was severely depressed and not really up to doing much more writing for anyone.
They talked me out of it.
It turns out that a lot more people were aware of my work than I had ever known.
So, I hitched up me trousers and went back to writing.
I intended to keep up the Platypus Dancing cartoons as I am supposedly now the grand old man of cartooning on this site.
Anyway, good luck with whatever you decide.
Sometimes this site is much more important to me than anything in RL.

Hi TR, Its really great to hear from you again! How are you keeping these days? Sorry to hear about your depression, I know what its like, it can drag you right down, if you allow it
Yes, you are right about not knowing how many folk read your articles, I was surprised by the amount of posts I received encouraging me to stay, mind you, it did wonders for my moral as I was a bit low at that time. I thought I had ran out of stories, and that I was boring everyone
Come to think of it, being in here is better than RL for me, and thanks for you post, you have cheered me up
