Great little article Shazz. I look forward to seeing your results as well!
And don't forget that I've promised the Post the exclusive when we tabulate the final results!

It was a little rushed... I should have mentioned that late nights are called for! I am sure that anyone in the know will realise that though!
The forecast is looking promising, so I hope to be of use to you... my first chance to see them outside the UK.

That sounds great!
Have you signed up in the forums over at the Perseids Project Page? I'd be happy to sign you up myself, but I don't know where you live.
Thanks again!

...as we all do
A link on the FP should help though
(Still... if our new artists come up with new *abalaster friendly* gifs for the Post, we do have a nice new link just waiting for us!)
Sorry for the topic drift! I have now posted to the list for you, and will shortly be having a preview as the sky is clear and the temperature warm

thanks, Shazz, the report i saw (space.com ?) said the 3 AM-daybreak hours are best and, weather permitting, i'll let you's know what i see over here, since i am prone to be wandering about in the wee hours. (as you well know.)
Thanks Post!

I have asked Jimi if he wants to organise another survey for the optimum viewing days next week... it's looking promising here with clear night skies.
