A Conversation for Understanding the Opposite Sex

I've found it very hard to know if there is some hidden meaning in what a person of the opposite sex is saying. If a girl is saying that she hasn't had sex for a long time, does that mean that she is interested in you, or is she only lonesome in general?
A friend of mine had a girlfriend. When she finally had bashed him over the head and dragged him home she complained that she had tried to get his attention for months. He hadn't a clue.

Women aren't *deliberately* obtrusive... they just assume that if their girlfriends understand what they're saying, the guys concerned must obviously understand too. Which doesn't work, because guys assume that if you're trying to tell them something, you'll actually say it out loud!
