h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

This is an entry I wrote about Het Kasteel. It's a place in Alphen where people go to see bands, have fun at the different parties, and where quite a lot of the Dutch h2g2-researchers can be found quite regularly. It has even seen some visitors not from Alphen but from other parts of the Netherlands, and word has it that the Dutch h2g2 meet will be held there (see the announcement in the Post). Thought it would be a good idea to let people know more about it.

I do not know why this languishing at the bottom of the heap here. It is excellent, superb I liked it, just in case I was being ambiguous This should have no problems getting into the Edited Guide Wish I was going to the Dutch meet *sigh*, you never know I may win huge amounts of money before then Until later....

If the plane tickets become cheap enough I could make it, but it is unlikely they will But I will, probably, be over in November anyhoo Until later....

Well, at least you'll know for sure that the rebuilding of the small bar in het Kasteel is completely finished, so you can have a drink in a *very* nice looking place
