But if someone maintains the right to post anything, anywhere, over and over again, no matter how banal, irritating (possibly deliberately - I'm finding it harder and harder to tell) on the grounds that any attempt to ask them to moderate their behaviour (lasting for weeks on end), or to leave the thread in question (ditto), or even, I imagine, spending time on pre-moderation constitutes 'bullying' and they're determined to stand up to it ...

Then what right do they then have to regard their 'own' threads as somehow sacrosanct?
