I wish I'd discovered this site sooner, because this is exactly the sort of thing I'd love to do in my spare time. I edit for a living as the copy editor of a Web site. I actually enjoy reading about rules of grammar and punctuation. I am perennially frustrated by the variety of rules, but I get my rocks off crunching through the whys and wherefores and the pros and cons before settling on a personal, community, or corporate standard. I am intrigued by Web publishing, and I love what you ahve begun here. I would welcome warmly any chance to work with you on your site.

More like "pedantic recoil." My poor typing skills will be my downfall. But that's no excuse for overlooking a spelling error in a post about copy editing. Kind of like saying with a lascivious grin "I really like little girls" at a day-care job interview. *sigh*
