I'm volunteering to be a sub-editor. A nice, shapely sentence makes my heart go pit-a-pat, and I love GuideML to boot. (I'm a computer geek, what can I say?) Being a sub would give me a good excuse to spend even more time reading things on the site! 
As proof of my language skills, I write the Running With Scissors column for 
(archive at A1014021) and have contributed four articles to the Edited Guide (A1156826, A997978, A997969, and A994728).
