I want to be a Sub!

Dear Atari, thanks for volunteering!
I usually do my recruitment on a Friday, so you'll be hearing from me properly then. In the meantime, it would be a good idea for you to spend some time in Peer Review so that you're familiar with the sorts of entries that come up.
See you soon
Anna

This is hopeless.
I don't want a job if I can't be told what I'm supposed to do and how to apply for it.
Is there not even an email address anywhere where I can send in something?

This is ridiculous. Every link I use just sends me to a discussion forum. I need an email address. I give up.

Hi Melissa,
Don't give up - if you'd like to be a sub, then that's great. Thanks for volunteering I usually save up my recruitment until someone is a reasonably regular contributor to the site, so if you take a look around and post in forums as Atari has suggested then that would be good.
In the meantime, I'll hang on to your name, and will contact you about become a Sub soon.
Have a good weekend
Anna

I have been posting.
I still don't see what sort of selection process this is though. It doesn't really matter now as I have a job.
