Um, I'm a little confused as to what you're asking for. Are you wanting someone to look at your entry?
Sub-editors (which is what this page is about) edit entries that have been picked from PeerReview, but that is just for non-fiction entries, which this doesn't seem to be.
If you're interested in getting some wider feedback and distribution on your entry, the Alternative Writing Workshop might be the place, although I think they might want to see it all together rather than chapter by chapter.
