The Crying Game
Created | Updated Aug 27, 2008

Sob, blub, weep, get choked up, howl, well up... for a nation that supposedly doesn't cry, we've got a lot of words to express it. Crying was very much a feature of the recent Olympics, as athletes from all over the world wept openly as they accepted their medals.
So, if big boys (including tough sportsmen) DO cry, what exactly gets the waterworks going? When Michael Vaughan got all emotional during his resignation speech it was making his mum and dad proud (hankies, please!). And what sets you off? Come on, don't be all stiff-upper lipped about it... for this week's Talking Point, we want to know:
What makes you cry?
When was the last time you cried and why?
Is it true that men don't cry?
Do women cry too easily?
If there were only three times in your adult life when it was OK to cry, when would they be?
When ISN'T it OK to cry?
What film makes you cry?
