You also had million million (British units) = billion (American units). It doesn't.
American billion = new British billion = thousand million
Old British billion = million million

Hmm, my calculatr seems too give a different result each time. Anyway, based on 1.5 litres/day I'm now consistently getting 9.75 x 10 to power 12.
= 9.75 million million

n.b. I though an American billion is a million million, whereas a British billion is a thousand million? That's why I made the distinction; hence 'billion' is a term best avoided as it's ambiguous!

BigAl, surely you are capable of muliplying 6.5 thousand million by 1.5 and can see that it does not equal 9.75 million million?

Ah! I see. You thought that the population of the world is 6 million million when it is in fact only 6 thousand million.

No, I realise it's 6000 million. Multiply that by 1500 (ml) and you get 9.75 x 10 to 12.
I think we're agreeing now aren't we? 9.75 E power 12 = 9.75 million milion (avoiding use of 'billion'.

Ah I see. (again!) You're talking about 9 x10^12 millilitres. I was talking about 9x10^9 litres.

Ah, over a cup of I just realised what I was doing; I was thinking in litres, but calculating in ml
So, it's 9 E12 litres (so, we're still agreeing, anyway.

Phew! I was rather disturbed that this entry seemed to have generated quite so much comment. Fortunately the greatest volume (sic) seems to be on the same issue. I shall have to consult my urination correspondent.
Other points:
The 'female or male partner' point is quite obviously a purile provocation. I'd prefer to keep it.
Similarly - bukkake. Given that I'm already talking about ejaculation, would this really be the straw that breaks the NetNanny's back? But, yes, if it's a real problem, I can take it out.
CH3CH2CH2COOH/ C3H7COOH I'd wondered. There's an isomer. Can any organic chemists advise as to the prefered notation?
Muslims and spitting - an excellent point! Makes me wonder what they do in Singapore where, I understand, public spitting is punishable by summary execution. Or something.

Urination correspondent here, hides head in hands as spots first typo in his own Urination. Will check notes when I get home but calculation starts:
World Pouplation 6,500,000,000 (6.5 billion)
Average quantity of urine produced 2 litres
Average daily global flow of urine 13,000,000,000 litres

"is the only one of the processes discussed which gives consistent pleasure."
I heard somewhere that the orgasm and the ejaculation are separate things... So does ejaculation actually *give* consistent pleasure?
Great Entry, BTW.
