I like 'Tis the rum.
But I've asked the rest of the Canadians to drop by with their suggestions.
I'm going to bed now. I'll look back in tomorrow and see what may have arrived.

"Screech? ‘Tis the rum, me son."
That is supposedly the actual line from the legend of Screech.
As the story goes, American servicemen to the Island during World War II was having his first taste of Newfoundland hospitality and, imitating the custom of his host, downed his drink in one gulp. His blood-curdling howl, when he regained his breath, brought the people from miles around rushing to the house to find out what was going on. The first to arrive demanded, "What the cripes was that ungodly screech?"
The taciturn Newfoundlander who had answered the door replied simply, "The Screech? Tis the rum, me son."
And so was born the name....

The only thing outstanding is the question of the title, but seeing as often enough subeditors or editors have found a way to change my titles anyway, I suspect this one is ready to go to the next level.

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
