I still think you need a bit more explanation of how to play. The steps I wrote were very brief, just to make sure I understood.

Really I've actualy used this guide article to teach people to play (well one guy). But I guess I could add some more in the morning or you could either way

Rather than pointing out everything I thought you could change here, I wrote out a version of the entry for you:

Now, don't feel you have to use any of it, and equally please don't just copy the whole thing (as I feel it should be your work, as it's your idea!), but hopefully it might add something to your entry. I don't know if everything I wrote makes sense, I did it very quickly.

What do you think?

I am getting back to this entry after taking abit of a break from it. I found an alternate explanation for its origin when trying to research if there is a mathematical way to garentee a win which it turns out there is I will change the article to include theese but am going to fix this after luch.

Great entry but there is just a few things that need to be pointed out.

I think the title should either go Fingers - The Game or Fingers: The Game but I am not sure which one is more acceptable.

As pointed out in post nine by gnomon the century word must go 21st Century with a capital.

Each word in all the headers needs to start with a capital.

The second point needs to be explained a bit better because it took me while to work out how to play the game.

In the first paragraph there should be commas surrounding the words created by players.

In the Variation section there should be a comma after the words in some circles.

In The Rules section I think it should start of with this example.

I know this all sounds a bit small but it does help when reading it and it can stop confusion for anybody else who reads it.

Good luck with it. smiley - smiley

Although the author is still on h2g2 it seems that the author isn't working on it any more. smiley - smiley
I think it needs to go into the Flea Market.

That's a shame - I would love to teach my son how to play as he's just learning adding and subtracting and it sounds like this could be the ideal game to help him - unfortunately I have to admit that I don't understand how to play it at all from this entry smiley - sadface

Anything happening with this? Otherwise, I propose Flea Market.

Well after a posting to their PS - F9195026?thread=6299207 - the author seems unwilling to continue with this, so I guess it's FM time.

Agreed?
