can't you put a little box under the deck with straw and stuff in it? I am sure she will be okay in there really.

I hope so.. I'm not so worried about weather as I am predators.. especially in winter when pickin's are slim..

I'd love it if she'd sleep in the garage at night and allow us to shut the door... it would give her plenty of room and she would be safe.. then she could roam about all day..
