Well easier to do favourite than to work out what the 'best' are...let's see...
Hey Jude, Ticket to ride, Dear Prudence, Tomorrow Never Knows, She Loves You, I am the walrus, Something, Here, There & Everywhere, Glass Onion, Hey Bulldog
But then of course my favourites change all the time...

Wow, what a fantastic situation to be in. Never having heard those songs. If you haven't heard TNK then that implies you haven't heard Revolver?? Get the remastered CDs immediately. Get the finest sound system you can possibly find. And go to heaven.

Revolver is the album The Beatles recorded before Sergeant Pepper...a lot of people reckon it is in fact their best.
Here, There and Everywhere is one of McCartney's finest ballads, Tomorrow Never Knows is the most scary song ever - 1990s techno drums being somehow played in the 1960s, a sitar droning, a single note bass line, Lennon intoning lyrics from the Tibetan book of the Dead, and sound effects, some of which sound like weird bird calls (actually Macca's laughter speeded up and looped). It's a tremendous effect.
Hey Bulldog is off the Yellow Submarine soundtrack. A stomping bassline and hot funky lead guitar from Lennon.
All three essential listening. But then, funnily, a lot of their songs are...
