MS is also one of the few neurological diseases that can cause euphoria, exhilaration, or sub-manic emotional states (other than generalised brain injury or concussions). In fact, it makes people euphoric more often than it makes them depressed or anxious (according to a few medical books I've read on the subject).
This might be a good addition to the symptoms list. Can anyone out there confirm or disprove this?
