So we'll have modems that are a choking hazard for small children!
Is there maybe such a thing as too small? What if you have a hole in your pocket and lose your PC? what will we type with- a toothpick?

you know how on Star Trek, how 7 of 9 has nano bugs in her, the Japanese have a steam engine so small that its viewed under a microscope, it is envisaged that in time(and not to long a time at that) they will be using nanobots in the body to destroy things like cancer cells

Hi Stu, did you watch Enterprise, now there's a thing??the Klingon's look just like TNG and DS9 klingon's, they should have looked like original Klingon's, being before Kirk and crew. Also I was looking for the revenge of Khan (Richardo Montlebalm)simular storyline

I know the Americans say that this new season is meant to be the best, but I'm finding it really annoying. Apparently the budget cuts mean that they have cut back on the background music; bringing in cheaper composers and using less instruments. Now while most people probably aren't bothered by this, I have an ear for music and it really annoys me. I'm pretty sure I heard an accordian in last nights episode. An Accordian!!

I might watch it if I have nothing better to do and the remote is far away across the room.

I'll remember to hide the remote..Have you noticed on space sci-fi programs, there are never any sockets for power tools, soldering irons/cleaners/hair driers etc

I, on the other hand, bought, yesterday, the 'Cylon helmet' boxed set of the entire original BSG along with the first season of the new one and the entire second season of G1 Transformers... yes I know it's not Trek, but it's reeeeeeeaaally cool

Ah, in the future everything runs on magic.
I don't like the new BSG. Its music is annoying (dum-dum dum dum dum dum-dum-dum dum dum) and there's far too many references to god in it.

A few weeks ago my sister came down from Dublin and asked me why I didn't watch BSG and I just said that I didn't want to. She went on to say that BSG is one of the best sci-fi shows ever made and that it was clear that the guy who made it must have made it because of Babylon 5 (my sister is one of those ex-trekkies that left after B5 came out).
Oh what fun I had telling her that it was Ron Moore, from DS9 that made BSG.

you have to take them, when the occasion arises.

What's more, Bradley Thompson and David Weddle, both of whom wrote for DS9 also write for BSG now. That's half the DS9 writing cast working there!

I don't normally go for blonds, but that cylon anyway umm... Yes, Dr Gaius Baltar, the bloke with the bird in his head as someone so eloquently put it, was originally played by John Colicos and was just Count Baltar. Also in the Movie he was executed following the destruction of the 12 Colonies, where as in the TV series he was allowed to continue to lead raids and attacks against the human fleet, despite the fact that they always failed... oh and he was really working with the Cylons, he wasn't a patsy like in the new series
