Well done on doing your color run! Could we at ThePost trouble you for a write-up? Photos would be great as well. No rush!

I'll be doing one in Belfast next month, so they'd make a nice pair smiley - snork

haha - no problem I'll write it up during the week. Is there a deadline?

The one in Köln has a bit of a naming controversy going on which makes it slightly more interesting.

Have fun at yours - one thing: sunscreen. And customise your t-shirt smiley - winkeye they are all men's ones so the neckline is high... (and they laugh and laugh and laugh at my Swiss Card and mini swiss army knife and my sewing kit, plasters etc - untill they need the scissors or whatever)

There was one in Manchester today, too, apparently. Maybe we can find a researcher who ran in that one.

We tend to do most of the editing early each week before publishing the following Monday- but there's no deadlines as such. Hmmm wonder if anyone did Manchester....

Whichever suits you best! If you have any photos, email them to the post ( let me know if you need the address). But we can take entres in text, GMLed, whatever.

ok in that case I'll write it on here, and vaguely format it and you can do your worst.

Can you give me the address?

Oh dear, hope your photos can be retrieved!

I'm doing an 8 mile cross-country thing tomorrow - which reminds me, must check last ears result to see just how bad I'm likely to be.....

I've pretty much given up running now. As with most ex-Army folks, my knees just can't handle it.

I think if I get a highly professional company onto it they can be recovered. BBut it might cost around EUR 400...
